Directions
STEP 1
Prepare the Avocado sauce, In a mixer, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until the sauce is creamy. You can use the mixture you have prepared immediately, or you can keep it in the refrigerator for later use.
STEP 2
Chop cucumbers and tomatoes, you can add additional avocados and green pepper as you please.
STEP 3
Spread avocado sauce on your Gluten free Tortillas, then top with lettuce and all of your sliced vegetables add Cheezmir Cheddar flavoured vegan sliced cheese and Wrap it with tin foil.

2 ripe avocados
Medium sized bunch of cilantro chopped
1 green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
Lemon
½ cup olive oil
Salt and Cumin
